Job Summary
Our customers are at the heart of all we do so to ensure they continue getting the highest levels of service were looking for a Neighbourhood Caretaker to ensure our three apartment blocks in the Wembley area (HA0 1JP HA1 2BX HA1 2TE) to ensure the communal areas are safe clean and well-maintained.
Youll keep internal and external communal areas litter-free and clean by emptying and cleaning bins vacuuming and polishing as well as prioritising health and safety by clearing snow and ice and ensuring hallways are free from obstructions. This is a 21 hour per week role 16.20 per hour 10 of these hours are based in Polkerris Apartments(HA0 1JP) 4 hours at Abigail House(HA1 2BX) and 7 hours based in Octavia Hill Lodge (HA1 2TE).
