Job Summary
As a Vice President in the Asset Servicing team you manage Income and Corporate Actions events across EMEA & WHEM Markets ensuring timely and accurate processing. You collaborate with operations clients custodians and third-party providers to reconcile claims optimize cash management and deliver business outcomes. You lead process innovation risk mitigation and team development gaining high-level industry knowledge and exposure.

Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- Bring 12 years of relevant experience in Asset Servicing covering Income and Corporate Actions.
- Apply analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex operational issues.
- Partner effectively with internal teams clients custodians agents depositories and service providers.
- Manage tight delivery timelines and execute strategic change initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong controls discipline and audit readiness.
- Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders across global teams.
- Lead process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- Leverage experience in staff development performance evaluation and succession planning.
- Utilize excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Drive strategic process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Maintain robust controls environment and ensure audit readiness.
- Test and deliver Asset Servicing operating systems and platforms (TCS BaNCS experience advantageous).
- Manage expenses efficiently to support business growth in a cost-effective manner.
- Identify and lead projects with significant business impact sharing best practices and reducing manual effort and risk.
