Finance Data Analyst ( Fixed Term 1 year - Bogotá)
What you will do
Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will:
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts in coordination with Commercial Marketing and Market Access teams (Budget Forecast & LRS).
- Evaluate monthly sales execution and expense plans Vs Reported Scenarios anticipating market situations that may impact performance.
- Report on sales budgets and corresponding adjustments in the companys financial system.
- Control OPEX processes in the required company systems.
- Contributes to the implementation of standard methodologies related to assigned processes.
- Facilitate decision-making through the development of dashboards that organize data and simplify analysis.
- Development and improvements of dashboards to simplify processes.
- Simplify and standardize process.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company technology financial industry Or
- Associates degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company technology financial industry Or
- High school diploma / GED and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company technology financial industry.
- Intermediate/sophisticated in English both in oral and written communication.
- Tableau business intelligence Excel Power Pivot Power Query Macros development.
- Solid understanding tableau report design.
- Experience in data analysis process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 03 years of relevant data analysis experience.
- Experience in data analysis process improvement.
- Intermediate/sophisticated level of English.
- Power automates and job creations its a plus.
