Location: Collierville TN
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
- Create a structured and engaging classroom environment
- Support early literacy social and cognitive development
- Implement daily lesson plans and classroom routines
- Maintain health safety and licensing standards
- Build strong relationships with families and team members
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must meet Tennessee DHS background check requirements
- Completion of required state orientation and annual training hours
- Previous childcare experience or ECE coursework preferred
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
