The Senior Client Implementation Specialist will be both a subject matter expert on the Broadridge front office solutions offering as well as the liaison between our clients and a variety of internal teams (ie: Product Management Account Management Client Support etc.). This is a predominantly client-facing role in which your main responsibilities are to interact with new and existing clients to perform workflow reviews gather requirements translate business requirements into technical documentation and work with the Global Configuration team to ensure complete accurate and timely deployments. You will also manage project timelines and budgets communicating related milestones and navigating potential roadblocks on behalf of our clients. As such strong communication presentation and organizational skills are a must have.

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather business case requirements

  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation

  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery to clients

  • Lead training sessions on system functionality to relevant client users

  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients

  • Communicate client feedback to relevant teams internally to identify potential product enhancements

  • Work with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Information Technology or related field.

  • 26 years of experience in software implementation project management or a related role preferably in the investment management or financial services industry.

  • Familiarity with investment management concepts including portfolio management trading accounting and reporting.

  • Experience working with traditional buy-side institutions (ie: hedge funds asset managers etc.)

  • Familiarity with equity fixed income and/or derivative markets

  • Technical skills including knowledge of database structures data integration and APIs.

  • Familiarity in tools like SQL Excel and workflow visualization software Tableau.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with investment management software (e.g. Charles River Eze or other similar platforms).

  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP ScrumMaster) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.

  • Experience leveraging AI technologies and tools to improve processes enhance workflows and drive operational efficiency.

* Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as needed for the role.*

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $11500.00- $145000.00 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
