Experience
2 Years Billing experience in a health care environment. (Required)
What You Will Do
Under general supervision the Billing Specialist is responsible for compiling and maintaining records of charges for goods and services rendered and ensuring accurate and efficient charge entry at any health care facility.
Coordinate copies of medical documentation with physician charges to support billing to third-party payers.
File and enter billing for patients into system and analyze patient accounts to ensure billing is accurate.
Resolve routine patient billing inquiries and problems handling follow-up questions from patients resolving discrepancies or errors.
Review medical coding as necessary and enter patient charges into billing applications.

Work hours: Full-time 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday (8am-5pm); Rotating Saturdays (9am-12pm approximately every 10 weeks)
