About the position: The Program Support II position is responsible for purchasing supplies and equipment from online and brick-and-mortar vendors Maintain accurate and organized inventory systems receive sort and distribute supplies and agency mail to OCCDA centers and offices throughout Okanogan County and Bridgeport coordinate timely delivery of materials to support program operations provide responsive administrative support to program staff as requested assist with record keeping tracking orders and maintaining purchasing documentation. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will directly support the agencys ability to deliver high-quality services. An agency van will be provided for all deliveries across the county. This position will be part of building relationships with center staff and the fiscal team in supportingefficient purchasing operations accurate inventory management and timely distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase supplies materials and equipment from online and brick-and-mortar vendors in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Compare pricing evaluate vendors and ensure compliance with agency purchasing policies.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records receipts and documentation.
- Track maintain and reconcile inventory levels.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Organize storage areas to promote efficiency and accessibility.
- Coordinate and distribute supplies and agency mail to multiple OCCDA centers and offices throughout Okanogan County and Bridgeport.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient distribution
- Provide general administrative assistance to program staff as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in driving in all weather conditions
- One-year experience in clerical work
- One-year experience in purchasing inventory and/or distributing preferred
- Valid WA Drivers license
Details:
- Full-time 40hr per week
- 52 Weeks per year
- Wage $19.06 per hour
