Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a aFenton Home Health Aide providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in Fenton MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their health independence and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing dressing and grooming.
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to nursing staff.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate records of care and services provided.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Be able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Fenton MI.
- Ability to pass background check.
