About the Role

Were looking for a strategic storyteller and audience-first marketer to build TransPerfects voice in the Life Sciences industry. As our Life Sciences Marketing Lead for Audience Engagement youll create the experiences that turn pharmaceutical biotech and medical device organizations into engaged communities and qualified pipeline.

This isnt a traditional demand gen role. Youll own the full spectrum of direct audience engagementfrom concepting high-impact webinars with internal experts to building social communities that spark real conversations about clinical efficiency regulatory compliance and AI adoption in Life Sciences. Youll translate complex solutions into compelling narratives across every channel where our audiences live: LinkedIn industry events virtual roundtables email and partner platforms.

What Youll Own

Audience Strategy & Engagement Programs

  • Design and execute our audience engagement strategy targeting clinical regulatory medical affairs and commercial stakeholders in pharma biotech medical devices and CROs

  • Build content programs that address real Life Sciences challenges: clinical trial efficiency regulatory compliance patient engagement multilingual medical communications and AI adoption

  • Develop segmented nurture campaigns that move audiences from awareness to pipeline using engagement data and behavioral insights

  • Create campaign narratives that resonate with the unique pressures and opportunities in Life Sciences

Webinars & Virtual Events (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Lead concepting production promotion and reporting for Life Sciences webinars virtual panels and podcasts

  • Transform internal subject matter experts into confident compelling speakers through prep coaching and repeatable processes

  • Partner with product sales and customer success teams to surface stories and insights that educate and convert

  • Design pre-event live and post-event content activation strategies that extend the life of every program

  • Track performance metrics: registration attendance engagement and pipeline contribution

Content Activation & Social Leadership

  • Own Life Sciences social media strategy across LinkedIn and industry platformsdriving thought leadership community conversation and brand visibility

  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars whitepapers case studies) into micro-content short-form video speaker spotlights and industry commentary

  • Build and manage ongoing social programs: event amplification customer success stories regulatory trend commentary

  • Cultivate internal participation in social and webinar programs to expand our reach and authenticity

Email & Digital Campaigns

  • Plan and execute email promotions for webinars events product launches and thought leadership initiatives

  • Optimize targeting messaging and conversion performance in partnership with the Life Sciences Marketing Manager

  • Build segmented email journeys that nurture audiences based on role challenge and buying stage

Partnerships & External Visibility

  • Identify opportunities for content syndication PR placements contributed articles and third-party media coverage

  • Collaborate with industry organizations partners and media on joint content initiatives and co-marketing programs

  • Work with customer success and sales to surface client stories case studies and testimonials

  • Support external visibility through joint webinars guest articles and strategic content partnerships

Job requirements

Required skills and experience:

  • 5 years in product marketing audience engagement content marketing or demand generationpreferably in SaaS translation/localization or B2B professional services

  • Proven experience hosting and producing webinars virtual events or podcasts with measurable business impact

  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skillsyou can take complex topics and make them accessible engaging and actionable

  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy community management and LinkedIn best practices for B2B audiences

  • Analytical mindset: you use data to refine strategies optimize campaigns and prove ROI

  • Experience working cross-functionally with SMEs product teams and sales to develop educational content

  • Comfort with marketing automation and webinar platforms (e.g. HubSpot Marketo ON24 Zoom Webinar or similar)

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Life Sciences industry experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical biotech or medical device marketing

  • Video production and editing skills for creating social-first content

  • Experience with content repurposing strategies and multi-channel activation

  • Background in community building or customer advocacy programs
