We are seeking a Director Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as a trusted partner to executive and business leaders enabling datadriven decisions that strengthen financial performance and longterm shareholder value. This role provides leadership for financial planning and analysis across the technology and operations divisions ensuring alignment with the banks overall corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees budgeting forecasting variance analysis period-end close and strategic investments while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Serves as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and executive management on financial performance profitability and fiscal control
• Monitors analyzes and reports on divisional financial results and large-scale technology investments
• Partners cross-functionally to align strategic initiatives with financial outcomes
• Presents insights recommendations and financial strategies to senior and executive leadership
• Builds leads and develops a high-performing finance team
• Drives automation and process improvement to enable higher-value financial analysis
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field
• 10 years of experience in strategic finance FP&A or related enterprise initiatives
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
• Excellent analytical critical thinking and communication skills across technical financial and executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Experience with Hyperion preferred; familiarity with SQL Business Objects Microsoft Power Apps or similar tools a plus
