Job Description:

We are looking for aManaging Partnerto join Total Social asa visionary leader responsible for defining shaping and accelerating the future ofdentsusTotal Social this role you will architect the product vision unify our global social capabilities and fuel continual innovation across paidorganic creatorcommerceand communitydisciplinespartnering closely with a fellow Managing Partner to jointly shape how Total Social strategy is activated across our teams and clients.

You will guide our teams and clients through the continuously evolving landscape of platforms culture creativity community commerce data and AI.

You will inspire a multidisciplinary team champion a culture of innovation and drive excellence in execution. Your leadership will ensure thatdentsudefines what worldclass sociallooks liketoday andin the future.

Core Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Innovation

  • Own and articulate the Total Social product vision defining what our endtoend social offering represents across paid social organic influencer community social content and social commerce.Work closely withyour fellow Total Social Managing Partnerto stress-test and devise ways of working to make a reality.
  • Architect the futurefacing roadmap that ensures weremainahead of cultural technological and platform shifts.
  • Partner with strategy mediaDentsu Creative and CXM leaders to ensure Total Social integrates seamlessly across the widerdentsuecosystem.
  • Ensure our product frameworks and POVs are consistently understood adopted and championed across all internal stakeholder groups-locally regionally and globally.
  • Build and promote a differentiated narrative that setsdentsuapart in the social landscape.

2. Client Performance & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead key accounts where Managing Partnertime isto drive innovation and to challenge our platformpartners to get the best results for clients.
  • Monitor client performance across all markets using core systems toidentifyrisks early and lead remediation plans.
  • Partner with Client Leads and Practice Leads to ensure teams are meeting and exceeding client targets and performance expectations.
  • Ensure every client receives a consistently elevated level of craft experience and service.
  • Act as point of escalation on Key accounts where innovation and adoption are challengesand find the best solution for our client and team.

3. Growth & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead major Total Social new business opportunities-shaping the approach story and client ambition.
  • Partner with client leadership to grow and evolve existing accounts ensuring full adoption of the Total Social product.
  • Identify size and build commercial models for new products tools partnerships and ways of working.
  • Maximise crosssell and upsell opportunities acrossdentsusclient base ensuring Total Social is a catalyst for wider integrated growth.

4.Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire senior partners and leaders across client pods setting clear standards for accountability delivery excellence and client leadership.
  • Own the performance and effectiveness of Total Social delivery teams in your remit ensuring teams are wellstructured supported and aligned to product and client ambition.
  • Act as a senior mentor and coach to key partners and leadership talent building capability in client leadership innovation and people management.
  • Oversee performance management development and progression for senior leaders and their teams championing a strong coaching and feedback culture.
  • Foster a highperformance inclusive leadership culture that drives collaboration continuous improvement and consistently worldclass social delivery.

5. Platform Partner & Industry Leadership

  • Togetheryour counterManaging Partner ownexecutive relationships with key social platforms (Meta TikTok Snap Pinterest Reddit X emerging players).
  • Leaddentsusjoint business plans (JBPs) across productinnovationand commercial value.
  • Build a strong external network across technology data content creation community platforms and social commerce partners.
  • Representdentsupublicly through industry commentary events panels and thought leadership positioning Total Social at the forefront of the category.

5. Excellence in Craft Measurement & Best Practice

  • Workwith fellow Total Social Managing Partnerto ensure the teams uphold the highest standard of work across strategy creative media delivery influencer community and analytics.
  • Ensure that Total Social embeds cuttingedge methodologies across signals planning measurement AI automation content testing and brandplusperformance frameworks.
  • Establish global standards playbooks and operating models that ensure scalable repeatable excellence for every client.
  • Champion continuous learning-from platform updates to shifts in culture creators technology and behaviours.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of leadership experience across social media integrated media digital strategy or creative/content disciplines.
  • Proven experience building and managing large multidisciplinary social teams.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms creator ecosystems social commerce and emerging technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with success scaling new products capabilities or practice areas.
  • Exceptional communication storytelling and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to inspire teams influence senior clients and drive transformation at scale.
  • A strong external presence with experience in industry thought leadership events or platform collaboration is preferred.
