Your Key Responsibilities
- Assess review and progress plans for children in need including those accessing short breaks
- Respond to safeguarding concerns in line with statutory duties
- Manage an independent caseload ensuring timely and effective decision making
- Produce highquality assessments reports and evidencebased plans
- Build purposeful relationships with children families and partners to drive positive outcomes
For this role you will need
- Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
- Post-qualifying experience in childrens social care ideally within disability or CIN
- Strong knowledge of Childrens Social Care legislation and care planning processes
- Excellent communication analytical and reportwriting skills
