The Role

Our Accounting Managerwill be responsible for establishing accuracy by developing and implementing systems for collecting analyzing verifying and reporting information. Supervise track and evaluate day-to-day financial and accounting activities for the assigned entities. The Accounting Managerwill work closely with our accounting management team.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead mentor and develop a global team of accounting professionals fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and manage accounting operations for international subsidiaries including three US entities ensuring compliance with local tax regulations (State & Federal Income Tax).
  • Manage the month-end close process across all assigned entities.
  • Manage accounts payable duties such as bill management and payment.
  • Record payroll journal entries for multiple jurisdictions.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods policies and principles across the organization.
  • Perform due diligence on odd transactional activity and cleanup as necessary for bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

What We Expect From You:

  • 4 - 6 years of Accounting experience and a Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in team management and development.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is a must.
  • Experience with accounting for international entities specifically with operations in the United States and Philippines is highly desirable.
  • Active pursuit of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (or local equivalent) preferred.
  • Comfortable and excited to work with a remote team.
  • Experience with accounting software ERP systems and databases (NetSuite Excel other systems a plus).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
