We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group in Denver CO. This role focuses on providing analysis support and service for the bank-wide loan portfolio as directly by the line of the business leader.

Essential Functions:

Knowledge of various types of loans credit analysis spreading and analyzing financial statements risk analysis credit scoring loan documentation etc.
Knowledge of banking products services policies procedures and regulations.
Solid credit skills in underwriting financial modeling valuations and adherence to policy.
Requires solid customer service relationship organizational analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Must have solid communications skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge of various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelors degree in Finance Business or other related field and 2 years of banking relationship management lending underwriting and credit experience or other directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
4 years of direct CRE underwriting experience preferred.
Ability to work with various types of computer software word processing spreadsheets etc.
Strong understanding of credit analysis identification of credit risk loan structure loan documentation etc.
Required good PC skills.
Must have good oral and written communication skills needed to accurately convey questions conclusions and recommendations.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85000 - $120000 annually depending on job-related factors.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to level of experience skills expertise location education and certifications.
