PURPOSE:

TheBusiness SystemsInternship position is meant to provide currentundergradstudents an introduction to work through related experiences in their degree summer internship is a ten-to-twelve-week program in the months of are paid. Requests for college credit are supported.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needed.
Actively enrolled full-time collegestudentwith a relevant degree or concentration.
Full time status is 12 or more credit hours.
Must have an undergraduate classification.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Job duties will be dependent on individual manager needs.
Internship will provide an overviewtothe variousBusiness SystemsDepartments function and basic day to day job responsibilities providingstudentsan exploratory environment in theearly stagesof their career development.
Work may require team and independent tasks.
Job duties will provide experience and opportunities to learn how to navigate in a professional organization build and leverage problem solving skills apply educational knowledge within their department and develop soft skills in support of professional development.
Assist in maintaining and updating business systems.
Support troubleshooting requests from users.
Participate in testing system updates patches or new module implementations.
Assist in data entry validation and reporting to ensure system accuracy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The ability tofrequentlymove about inside the office and to food processing facilities as needed. Ability tooperatea computer and other office productivity equipment. Occasionallymustbe able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to inspect and troubleshoot computer and/or technical equipment.
