Your future duties and responsibilities:
As an IT Delivery Manager you will lead service delivery initiatives manage high-performing teams and ensure excellence across multiple IT engagements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
As a Delivery Manager you will lead service delivery initiatives manage high-performing teams and ensure excellence across multiple IT engagements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and managing long-term trust-based relationships with internal and external clients.
Supporting pre-sales activities and proposal development in collaboration with business units.
Leading mentoring and growing delivery teams including talent identification and performance development.
Ensuring services operate in alignment with CGIs global delivery governance framework.
Managing financial performance service KPIs and overall delivery health.
Preparing and delivering executive-level reports and presentations on service performance.
Overseeing multiple services and/or projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management focused on software development and maintenance lifecycle.
Proven experience in IT delivery leadership and people management.
Experience supporting commercial management and pre-sales activities in consulting environments.
Strong knowledge of service management and project management methodologies.
Experience managing the financial performance of services or accounts.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams committed to delivery excellence.
Ability to manage multiple services/projects concurrently.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 minimum).
