Job Description: Transcriptionist at Elevance Health

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately transcribe medical documents patient records and other healthcare-related materials.
Ensure all transcribed documents are error-free and adhere to company standards and guidelines.
Work closely with healthcare providers to clarify any unclear dictations or terminology.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all transcribed information.
Update and maintain transcription databases and records.

Essential Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Transcriptionist preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in grammar punctuation and spelling.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing medical documents.
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $115000 - $125000
