In this role you must be nimble and will support the team in product launch delivery in cross-functional areas and ensures successful implementation across multiple platforms.
As part of this dynamic role you will also be actively involved in the product launch project and accountable for the product launch deliverables.
From time to time you may need to support adhoc projects that will bring value to the team and organisation.
You will report to Product Delivery Team Leads and collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve our strategic KPIs.
Job Description:
Support new product launch projects to ensure prompt delivery and implementation of products with quality.
Participate in discussions with stakeholders and propose solutions that will meet business objectives and document the business rules into the Business Requirement.
Collaborate with the stakeholders and team leads so that the agreed launch timeline will not be impacted.
Guide and mentor your peers so that they will have a progressive and elevated learning experience in their delivery and growth.
Translate the business requirements into test scenarios conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
Will also be assigned PIC (person in charge role) for business requirement and User Acceptance Test where you will resolve issues and collaborate with the team assigned to work with you.
Organise track defects and lead checkpoint discussions with Information Technology.
Develop comprehensive SOP or training guides. Train the stakeholders.
Perform post deployment verification upon product implementation.
