Job Summary
FuelPowersports is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in West Bend WI. As a Sales Associate you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while helping them find the perfect powersports products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide detailed product information and expert advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Help meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for powersports and related products is a plus
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills for handling transactions and inventory
