Duties & Responsibilities
About the Role
As a Senior Experience Designer you will play a key role in evolving UX & UI processes ensuring design consistency and alignment across teams. You will lead and innovate across UX/UI and interaction design initiatives within digital projects in the financial services sector. This role requires someone who is curious analytical collaborative and comfortable working in fast-paced consultancy-driven environments.
What Youll Need to Succeed
46 years relevant industry experience (UX/UI/Interaction Design)
Exposure to data-intensive domains with complex business applications and processes
Experience working in consultancy or project-based environments
Experience designing customer-facing and workflow-heavy platforms
Strong problem-solving skills with natural curiosity for how systems function
Ability to work independently through ambiguity with minimal oversight
Comfortable managing multiple projects or moving parts simultaneously
Experience working on customer-facing marketing or brand-led websites including rebrands or visual refreshes
Strong understanding of brand and design systems and how to translate them into scalable digital experiences
A portfolio showcasing your approach processes and case studies
Proficiency in Figma (preferred)
Preferred Qualification:
Degree in Communication Design or Interaction Design
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers Business Analysts and Developers to gather and evaluate user and business requirements
Translate insights and requirements into intuitive usable interfaces
Create wireframes user flows process flows sitemaps prototypes and associated specifications
Execute visual design from concept through to final development hand-off
Ensure accessibility responsiveness and performance best practices are met
Present product solutions and design artefacts to internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate UX workshops
Execute responsive website rollouts
Partner closely with developers and BAs to solve UX challenges and provide UX reviews of work in progress
Conduct front-end build reviews device testing and analysis
