About you

Experience in designing cross-channel experiences

Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently

Implementing best practices in accessible design

Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes

Experience working in an agile environment is a plus

Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

Theability to create simple designs simple logos and do low-complex ideation

Must Have:

3 years of experience asa graphicdesigner

Good business English language skills.

German language skills to be able to adeptly flow German copy into designs daily.

French language skill desirable.

Experience with pharma/health technology is a plus.

Bachelors degree inGraphicdesign /Marketing & Communicationsor a related field

Aportfoliodemonstratingexperience creating great ideasconceptsand human-centred design again any examples of pharmaceutical brands is a plus.

Experience creating production specs/assetsworking directlywith marketeers ready for deployment.

Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation iconography productionillustrationbranding and interaction designis a plus.

Experience with a variety of designtools and services (Adobe Suite Figma Invision Microsoft Word/ PPT)
