Job Summary
Job description
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform. This is a critical role responsible for introducing structure consistency and confidence into the release process.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Define and implement QA processes and standards
Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications
Own regression testing for releases migrations and new features
Act as the quality gate before production releases
Automation & Improvement:
Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy
Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation
Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices
Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows
Job requirements
Qualifications:
5 years of QA experience primarily web-focused
Strong background in manual testing
Experience setting up QA processes from scratch
Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Automation experience (Cypress Playwright Selenium etc.)
Experience with accessibility or performance testing
Previous lead or senior QA role
