Position : Summer School Adult & Continuing Education Assistant (Summer Student)
Location: Gary Allan Learning Centres 5151 New Street Burlington and Elementary and Secondary Summer School Sites as required (Sites to be determined)
Hours/Schedule: 7 hours per day 5 days per week Monday to Friday
Term: May 4 2026 up to and including August 28 2026
Description:
The Summer School Assistant will assist with the start-up and maintenance of Elementary and Secondary Summer School. Responsibilities include reception and clerical duties and other administrative responsibilities for summer school as required by the Summer School Co-ordinating Principals and Supervisors.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate is currently attending post-secondary school full-time and will be returning to school in the fall. The successful candidate must be a proficient keyboarder with good technical and organization skills and have effective interpersonal and communication skills.
