Job Summary

General Description

Under direct supervision the Match & Supplemental Queue Specialist is responsible for reviewing a variety of insurance documents across multiple lines of business and accurately entering key data from insurance policies in order to match each document to its associated loan record. This position also includes reviewing external websites and internal databases to locate insurance documentation. Successful candidates can work in a fast-paced fully remote environment while maintaining a high attention to detail to achieve individual and team production and quality goals. This position offers the potential for growth for qualified individuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Key in and validate data from insurance documents in order to match documents to the associated loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.
  • Review external websites and internal databases to locate insurance documentation.
  • Train to additional supplemental queue processes based on business need.
  • Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule which outlines job responsibilities and daily production goals.
  • Actively participate in all training sessions team meetings department meetings and one-on-one meetings.
  • Participate and/or collaborate in assignments and special projects.
  • Attend industry-related continuing education training and courses.
  • Other responsibilities as directed.

Minimum Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Required High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required Reading Comprehension: ability to review and interpret insurance documents and company manuals step-by-step
  • Required A working knowledge of a Windows computer environment and internet navigation
  • Required Organizational skills
  • Skills testing may be required
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Shows strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with others
  • Ability and willingness to utilize the companys computer systems and software
  • Willingness to attend educational classes is desired

Work Location: Fully remote

Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM ET with some flexibility on start/end times
