Make an impact - support multiple projects - champion proactive environmental management
You will provide highlevel field and technical support across a diverse portfolio of civil and construction projects working collaboratively with Project Managers Engineers and Health & Safety teams to drive environmental compliance and bestpractice performance.
Reporting to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager yo will be based at our Eagle Farm Head Office with regular travel to project sites as required.
You will play a critical role in both operational delivery and precontracts planning ensuring environmental considerations are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing environmental documentation such as Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) erosion and sediment control plans and statutory approvals.
You will contribute technical expertise to tenders and project planning support the implementation of CMCs Environmental Management System and provide guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
The position also supports organisational reporting data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives led by the HSE Manager.
By championing proactive environmental management you will help protect CMCs reputation maintain compliance and foster a culture of environmental responsibility across all operations.
