Job Summary
With moderate supervision will design build maintain and evaluate training curricula and training environments. Participates in the design of and documents operational workflows to meet organizational objectives. Provides oversight of all user training methodologies. Also responsible for testing of system functionality in conjunction with other team members. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates and documents training methodology for new functionality and/or new Epic modules-25%
| - Participates in the design of and documents operational workflows to meet organizational objectives-25%
| - Build and maintain all Epic training environments for use in classes across the organization-15%
| - Works with users to personalize or customize Epic functionality to improve efficiency and satisfaction-15%
| - Provide credential training courses and oversee all aspects of user training-10%
| - Completes testing of software applications using established standards and protocols. -5%
| - Completes assigned goals. -5%

Description
Minimum Required: 5 years work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education in related field. Knowledge and understanding of department workflow/processes.

Education
Description
Minimum Required: Education from an accredited institution or experience as listed. Education of certificate program or two year college degree; Completion of Epic certification within 90 days of completing training.
