- Lead implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the factory
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with approved SOPs quality manuals and internal standards
- Manage non-conformances deviations CAPAs and lead root cause investigations
- Plan and conduct internal audits risk assessments and ensure audit readiness
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 35 years experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams
- Strong manufacturing background in a similar industrial environment
- Solid exposure to audits risk management and corrective action system
Qualification:
- BSc / BEng / BTech / Diploma in Quality Engineering Manufacturing or related field
- ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / Six Sigma certification will be advantageous
