Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales for our memorial SaaS platform serving funeral homes across the United States.
This role requires a seasoned SaaS sales professional who can confidently prospect qualify and generate pipeline with funeral home operators and decision-makers. Funeral industry experience is not required strong SaaS sales execution is the top priority.
Key Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting efforts targeting U.S.-based funeral homes
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling email and LinkedIn outreach
Book high-quality meetings for the closing team
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
Execute structured outreach campaigns
Refine messaging based on market feedback
Consistently hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
Required Experience
710 years of SaaS sales experience (mandatory)
Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
Experience selling into SMB or mid-market clients
Strong track record of quota attainment
Experience working U.S. markets and time zones
Ideal Profile
Highly disciplined and metrics-driven
Confident communicator with strong phone presence
Comfortable engaging business owners and operators
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Structured process-oriented and consistent in follow-up
