The role of Continuous Improvement Team Leader is to act as a business partner who works closely with Top and Middle Management understand business priorities proposes and implements improvement projects/initiatives which support successful achievement of DSV ISSC strategic goals and objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities include:

  • Cooperation with GBS units and teams and other process stakeholders
  • Track and report continuous improvement project
  • Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA review
  • Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/ standard work program for GBS
  • Designing preparing and conducting continuous improvement methodologies training sessions
  • Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by GBS and support in their implementation
  • Develop implement and maintain reporting framework for business KPI metrics
  • Development implementation and maintenance of the process maturity model of the organization (Maturity Matrix Model)
  • Lead and Support the Lean QMS / Continuous Improvement team and others
  • Compliance with internal regulations procedures law

Our requirements:

  • Higher education: Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Engineering
  • Knowledge of English at C1 level
  • Experience in working in an international corporation environment supported by a minimum of 5 years of professional practice
  • Knowledge of the Ms Office
  • Good organization skills of own and others work
  • Implementation of new processes improvements in processes
  • Cooperation with people and effective motivation to self-development considering the needs of the organization
