POSITIONSUMMARY: Responsible for the administration supervisionand development of various programsoperatingat the Family Resource Center locations

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMwithoccasional weekends and evening hours.

DUTIES:

Leadership & Supervision

  1. SupervisesassignedProgramSupervisorsacross program areas and sites.

  2. Provides ongoing coaching and support toassignedProgramSupervisors.

  3. Provides oversight and guidance to Program Supervisors in conducting formal performance evaluations reviews and approves completed evaluations and ensures alignment with agency expectations and performance standards.

  4. Addresses disciplinary actions and manages HR-related processes in coordination with the HR department.

  5. Coordinatestime-off requests in collaboration withOfficeSupervisors.

  6. Conductsbi-monthly individual check-ins with eachassignedProgramSupervisor.

  7. Co-leads monthly Supervisors group meetings to support alignment problem-solving and professional development across programs.

  8. Ensures monthly cross-role team meetings and staff trainings are conducted by Program Supervisors providing oversight guidance and follow-up as needed.

  9. Recruitsand coordinates training for assignedprogram staff.

Program Oversight & Strategic Planning

  1. Collaborates with Operations ManagerOffice Supervisors intra-agency departmentspartners and landlordsregardinggeneral site operationsas needed.

  2. Develops andmaintainsprofessional relationships with schools and community leaders to support program delivery and agency partnerships.

  3. Supervisesstrategic planning and annual goal setting forassigned Programs.

  4. Ensures that policies and procedures are in place for all program activities.

  5. Activelymonitorsprogram outcomes to ensure contract performance and successful service delivery.

Fiscal Management & Reporting

  1. Collaborates with the Program Director to develop and manage annual program budgets.

  2. Reviews monthly financial statements and monitors revenue and expenses.

  3. Coordinates and/ordevelopswritten reports as required by funders the agency and individual work plans.

  4. Ensurestimelyandaccuratecollection and reporting ofassignedprogram data for internal and external stakeholders.

Partnerships & Agency Representation

  1. Works collaboratively with public and private agencies community partners networks and FRC leadership to support program goals.

  2. Representsthe agency (CHS) at community meetings events and collaborative initiatives as assigned.

  3. Assists the Program Director withidentifyingnew funding sources through grant writing and other development activities.

Other Responsibilities

  1. Participates in required programtrainingsand certifications as needed.

  2. Performsadditionalduties asassigned to support teamwork and operational success.



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelorsdegree in Counseling/Psychology Social Work or a related fieldrequired;Mastersdegree preferred.
  2. 24 years of program management experience or 5 yearsofsupervision experience.
  3. Extensive experience with motivationalinterviewing.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of financial monitoring and budget oversight.
  5. Proficient in grant writing and funding proposal development.
  6. Experience working effectively with a wide range of organizations and individuals from diverse age groups socioeconomic statuses and cultural backgrounds.
  7. Familiarity with managing office operations including scheduling and team coordination.
  8. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  10. Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 applications including Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and Teams.
  11. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to support efficient office and program operations.
  12. Ability to oversee budgets manage inventory andmaintainoffice supply systems.
  13. Ability to travelto Ceres Modesto Oakdale PattersonNewman and surrounding areas within Stanislaus County.
  14. Demonstrated ability to lead and support staff while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  15. Pass agency paid criminal justice screening including fingerprints.
  16. Pass agency paid TB (Tuberculosis) screening.
  17. Pass agency paid health screening and/or drug testing ifrequired.
  18. Valid California drivers license proof of auto insurance coverage.
  19. Pass agency paid MVR clearance with no more than 2 points if you are under the age of 25 our insurance company will not allow any points.
