What are we looking for
A ServiceNow Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in tech project management and at least 3 years leading ServiceNow implementations within professional services firms. The ideal profile combines a deep mastery of ServiceNow implementation methodology experience in ITSM modules and a solid ability to manage hybrid methodologies. We are looking for someone with the vision to integrate technical solutions like REST API integrations and UI designs with strategic business needs.

Responsibilities
Plan manage and execute ServiceNow projects in direct collaboration with business leaders and technical teams.
Ensure project delivery from inception to closure guaranteeing compliance with defined timelines budgets and scope.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary and global teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Manage the project budget validating estimates tracking cost variances and managing resources efficiently.
Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders and internal teams regarding project progress and status.
Proactively mitigate risks and design creative solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
Manage high-level management expectations and communication between teams distributed across different time zones (US and India).
Oversee the quality of integrations and user interface design to ensure end-user satisfaction.
Requirements
Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering Business Administration Technology Management or related fields (ServiceNow and ITIL v3/4 certifications preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technology project management with at least 3 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations and a track record of 3 successful completed implementations.
Technical Skills
ServiceNow implementation methodology.
Project management under hybrid methodologies.
Mastery of ITSM modules (experience in other modules is a plus).
Integrations via Web Services and REST APIs.
User Interface (UI) design.
ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks.
Proficiency in Office365 suite Smartsheet and Scoro.
Onshore/offshore team management and collaboration across different time zones.
