• Employee discounts

• Restock liquor beer juices and bar supplies; keep liquor rooms and beer coolers clean organized and stocked
• Complete opening duties to ensure the bar is fully set up and ready for service
• Complete side work and closing duties including cleaning the bar area restocking glassware and preparing for the next shift
• Support bartenders by keeping wells stocked ensuring kegs are connected and functioning and replenishing supplies throughout service
• Change kegs and assist with inventory organization as needed
• Maintain all safety sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be 21 or older
• Must have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Certification
• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
• Capable of efficiently multitasking in a fastpaced highvolume environment
• Can lift up to 75 lbs. including overhead lifting and handling of kegs
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a shift
