Job Description

Join an HR team dedicated to enabling managers to build and develop successful teams. We work with a holistic view of HR with a strong focus on the talent lifecycle in an ambitious growth environment. Last year we expanded headcount by over 100% across 20 locationsand this is just the beginning.

In the HR team we have a collaborative approach with clear ownership and responsibilities towards the organization. Our Talent Enablement Partners focus on the entire employee lifecycle with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition Learning & Development and Performance Management and ensuring local compliance.

In this role your main responsibility is to partner with our managers in Southern Europe and additional regions as needed. As a strategic and operational partner you will enable the business fostering a sense of ownership and accountability.

As a business partner to the organization you will empower and enable our local managers in the employee life cycle to ensure that we keep our promise as a world-class employer.

  • International TalentAcquisition: A key focus of this role is to ensure that our ambitious hiringtargets are met without compromising on quality of hire. You will leadend-to-end recruitment processes from screening until the offer for differentlocations and functions.
  • HR Business Partner:you will support the local managers according to their needs guiding themhelping them to find the best solutions to any matter that may arise. Youwill also collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure that everything isbeing set up in the correct way.
  • Onboarding Learning& Development & Performance Management: You will lead or supportprocesses and initiatives to support the learning development and engagementof our employees.
  • Other HRinitiatives: You will lead and support other various HR initiatives andcontinuous improvements.

This role reports to our Talent Enablement Director. Employment type is fixed-term contract (12 months) with start in May 2026. While the role is based in our office in Madrid monthly travel to the offices in Milan and Stockholm are part of the role.
