How Youll Make an Impact:
- Cooperate with freight forwarders and transport providers & Maintain communication with transport service providers to place transport orders receive confirmation monitor important milestones & freight settlement process.
- Plan and optimize deliveries (Road modality)
- Manage transport orders and ensure that drivers are monitored to ensure hight level of customer service (with agreed KPI).
- Take activities for saving initiatives.
- Review & approve proof of delivery documents and invoices within freight settlement process.
- Coopearation with Logistic Specialists/Senior Specialists to support them in daily tasks.
Your Background:
- 1 years of experience in transportation/supply chain area.
- Bachelors degree in supply chain or logistics management is preferred.
- English language B2 level or higher
- Organized structured and systematic work habits and mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Capable of learning new tasks & getting knowledge
- Interesting in Logistic (transportation rules and regulations including road & air & ocean modes)
