We are looking for an experienced and successful Motor Assessor or experienced collision repairer who has both heavy and light motor expertise for our Vero is a varied role and will encompass all assessing methods primarily focusing on digital/desktop assessing whilst providing flexibility to conduct onsite is vital to achieve exceptional levels of customer service whilst providing cost effective and quality repair solutions following our best practice assessing and repair models.

What youll do:

• Deliver a high standard of Motor assessing that meets the manufacture standard of the industry that ensure the safety of the occupants on all in-house assessments
• Manage customer expectations mitigate claims cost leakage and provide enhanced service levels.
• Deliver factual concise and professional reporting to claims.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers brokers and advisers and our claims teams. ensuring an efficient and effective response to any queries or issues.
• Provide sound underwriting advice/reports on risks.

• Support the use of Veros Approved Supplier/Repairer network and associated processes.

What youll bring:

• Relevant Motor Trade qualification
• Motor Assessing experiencewith at least 5years collision repair experience desirable.
• Insurance industry experience and claims handling knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
• Strong negotiation skills as well as Innovation towards automation and simplification - Performs well in a contestant changing work environment - Up to date with current repair methods and terminology
