The Human Resource Development Generalist helps power the full employee experience from onboarding to engagement to compliance and everything in between. This role is hands-on people-centered and essential to keeping our workplace running smoothly.
This is an on-site position. While you will report to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with your HR teammates the rest of the HR team operates 100% virtually across four locations.
Success in this role requires strong self-direction proactive communication and comfort working both independently and collaboratively through virtual channels.

Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Bachelors degree in HR or related field
3 years of Human Resources experience
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR systems quickly
PHR SHRM-CP or other certification (preferred but not required)
