Are you a hospitality designer who loves running projects from first sketch to final walk-through

A boutique multidisciplinary design studio in Brooklyn is looking for a Senior Designer / Project Manager to lead compelling hospitality F&B and retail interior projects both domestic and international.

This is a hands-on leadership role. Youll own projects from concept through construction working with a tight-knit internationally diverse creative team on work that spans luxury hotels restaurants branded environments and residential interiors.

What Youll Be Doing

Leading projects end-to-end: concept development space planning FF&E specification purchasing construction documentation and CA
Managing client relationships vendor coordination and subcontractor communication
Guiding design teams through schematic design to CD sets
Balancing the big picture vision with the fine details across design schedule and budget

What Were Looking For

Architecture degree
5-8 years in interior design with a strong hospitality portfolio (hotels restaurants bars)
2-3 years of project management experience including construction administration on completed projects
Experience producing full documentation sets from SD through CD
Skilled in AutoCAD SketchUp or Rhino (or 3ds Max) InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator
Retail and multi-unit residential experience is a bonus
A self-starter who thrives on multitasking and takes ownership
Japanese language skills are a plus but not required
