Were looking for an SMB Account Manager (Belgium Market) to join our Manchester this role youll help our restaurant partners in Belgium get the very best out of our platform advising them on everything from marketing campaigns to operational excellence.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be joining the SMB (Small Medium Business) team. We are a high-energy group focused on supporting the backbone of our marketplacelocal independent restaurantsusing a desk-based consultancy model to drive their success.

Heres what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Portfolio Consultancy: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts through a desk-based model using phone email and video calls to support partner growth.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with the Belgium partner base ensuring high-quality service and driving positive outcomes for both the partner and Deliveroo.

  • Campaign Execution: Drive engagement with national and local marketing opportunities improving key metrics such as restaurant retention and order volume.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between your restaurants and internal Deliveroo teams to ensure our technology and solutions meet specific partner needs.

  • Performance Improvement: Use data to identify barriers to success and provide creative solutions that help partners offer the best possible delivery experience.

What Youll Need to Thrive

Essential:

  • Significant experience in an account management or sales role with a proven track record of building strong relationships that produce results.

  • Language skills: Professional fluency in Dutch/Flemish is essential to partner effectively with businesses in the Belgium market.

  • Strong communication skills: An excellent phone manner and experience providing high-quality support and consultancy via telephone and video.

  • Analytical mindset: The ability to use data to get to the crux of an issue quickly and solve problems without over-complicating.

  • Curiosity for technology: A genuine enthusiasm for how technology and digital platforms can help small businesses succeed.
