Business Development Account Executive

WFAA/KFAA/WFAA/Premion Dallas TX

WFAA/KFAA/WFAA is seeking a highly motivated digitally savvy New Business Development Account Executive to join our highly skilled revenue-focused team.

This is an opportunity for a driven self-starter who thrives on prospecting opening doors and building new relationships. The ideal candidate is comfortable initiating business conversations with owners and decision-makers and is eager to grow into a successful media seller across broadcast streaming and digital solutions.

This role is built for someone who is competitive coachable and not afraid to pick up the phone walk into a business or create opportunity where none currently exists.

Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Prospect daily through cold outreach networking referrals and in-person engagement.
    Generate new business across linear CTV/OTT streaming and digital solutions.
    Confidently lead introductory business conversations with local owners and marketing decision-makers.
    Operate with a strong hunter mentality and high activity levels.
    Demonstrate curiosity about clients businesses and marketing objectives.
    Embrace coaching and feedback with a strong desire to improve.
    Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
    Achieve and exceed new business revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 13 years of sales experience preferred (media not required).
    Strong digital fluency and ability to have meaningful business conversations.
    Demonstrated resilience competitiveness and self-motivation.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    CRM proficiency preferred.
    Bachelors degree preferred.
