Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach (calls email campaigns LinkedIn networking)
- Build manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Qualify prospects and identify opportunities aligned to company services
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deal closure
About You: Business Development Manager
- Proven experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation
- Experience within IT technology or managed services (desirable but not essential)
- Target-focused resilient and self-motivated
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Ambitious proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
