A family is looking for a HOMESCHOOL TUTOR for their daughter
Area: Waterfall Estate
Childs Age: 6 year old Girl
Childs NeurodivergenceSnapshot: Apert syndrome: a rare genetic disorder characterized by the premature fusion of skull bones (craniosynostosis). Very limited vocabulary can communicate her basic needs and have basic conversations. She needs regular breaks as she gets tired quickly.
Support Style: Speech Therapy and OT.
Working hours: Monday Friday 09:00 12:00
School holiday hours: May still be needed but not as many days. Schedule TBC
Duties: She needs one-on-one attention. Due to her condition she has missed a lot of school due to being in and out of hospital and in between surgeries. Someone who can go back to the basics with her ensure she understands the basics and gets on track with her curriculum providing a supportive and nurturing environment answering any questions and overall support.
Special Requirements: Female candidate with special needs experience.
School/Curriculum: TBC
Start Date and contract term: ASAP permanent
Salary: R13 200pm (Gross before deductions)
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
