$130000 $170000 OTE (Base Bonuses Overrides)
This is boots-on-the-ground leadership.
- Recruit hire and onboard door-to-door reps
- Run daily field launches and territory assignments
- Conduct ride-alongs and hands-on coaching
- Track activity: doors contacts appointments show rate
- Hold reps accountable to performance standards
- Build a competitive high-energy team culture
- Work directly with the Sales Manager to hit monthly revenue targets
- 2 years door-to-door sales experience
- Previous leadership or team management preferred
- Proven ability to hit activity targets
- Strong recruiting mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors daily
- High energy and competitive drive
Compensation
- $50000$60000 Base Salary
- $15 per showed estimate
- 4%6% override on revenue generated from your team
- Performance bonuses for volume and growth
