We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales department drive consistent growth and elevate team performance. As the Experienced Sales Director for Advantage Toyota you will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results while fostering a customer-centric culture. You will develop strategic sales plans manage the sales process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at our Calumet City IL location.
Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and local community partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit train and develop high-performing sales staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales management role preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision making.

- Familiarity with automotive sales software and tools is a plus.
