Job Summary

Come and join our team! A medical facility in Tyler is seeking to hire a Revenue Cycle Specialist

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Pay:$16-$18 per hour

Essential Job Duties:

Verify patient insurance demographics and authorization to minimize denials
Ensure accurate medical coding (ICD-10 CPT) and charging for services
Submitting electronic claims to payers and following up on denied or unpaid claims
Monitor outstanding balances handling collections and managing payment posting
Adhere to regulatory guidelines (HIPAA) to prevent financial or legal risks

Qualifications:

Proficiency in EHR systems medical billing software and Microsoft Excel
Understanding of ICD-10 codes and insurance payer rules such as medicare medicaid private insurance
High School Diploma
