Technical Support
- Provide onsite 1st 2nd line support for desktops laptops mobile devices and peripherals.
- Install configure and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Perform software installation updates and basic application troubleshooting.
- Resolve issues related to printers scanners monitors docking stations and other hardware.
- Assist with network connectivity problems including Wi Fi VPN and wired connections.
User Assistance
- Deliver exceptional front line support to employees ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support end users with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and line of business applications.
- Educate users on IT best practices and basic troubleshooting steps.
Operational Tasks
- Perform routine device maintenance and patching activities.
- Manage workstation builds and deployment using standard images or provisioning tools.
- Maintain accurate records in the IT ticketing system documenting issues resolutions and follow ups.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding including device preparation and user account setup.
Collaboration & Escalation
- Work closely with senior engineers and other IT teams to escalate complex issues.
- Support local IT projects such as hardware refresh office moves and equipment rollouts.
