Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to operations focusing on managing small business accounts and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to client management. This is an in-office position offering the opportunity to work in a laid-back yet professional environment where results and dedication are highly valued.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55000 - $80000 annually commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with revenue between $2M-$3M focusing on small business accounts with policy sizes ranging from $0-$50K.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager and team to meet departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active 2-20 license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Work Environment: This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.
