Sales Data Analytics Specialist

Position Summary
Vertivs Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) organization is hiring a Sales Data Analytics Specialist to support with the research development and deployment of actionable best-in-class statistical and machine learning models and methods to measurably improve the effectiveness and overall outcomes of the GSA Project Execution team.

Responsibilities
Develop processes to support advanced analytics and data driven decision making processes.
Provide consultative and direct support to assist the development of foundational analytics capabilities to accelerate and
leverage advanced analyses.
Implement best practices in model development recommend appropriate models for business needs support business review processes with effective visualizations and automate processes where needed.
Communicate complex topics to senior and regional leaders and build strong relationships and data/model confidence at
all levels of the sales organization.
Mentor others to promote a culture of collaborative growth and continuous learning and improvement

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Data Science Analytics Operations Research Statistics Engineering or other related technical field.
5 years experience with Power BI architecting.

Preferred Experience
AI machine learning Power Apps Power Automate or similar tools
Programmatic statistical languages like Python or R.
SQL and a large data platform like Snowflake or Hadoop.
Exposure to and proficiency in a broad range of analytics methods and how to deploy them in real-world applications
