Job Title: LVN/LPN Primary Care Health Center
Location: Columbia PA 17512
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Lunch: 12:30 PM 1:00 PM
Pay:$40 to $43/hour

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused LVN/LPN to join a primary care health center in Columbia PA. This opportunity supports the mission of delivering high-quality patient-centered care with a focus on population health management risk reduction and preventive care. The LVN/LPN will provide both clinical and administrative support in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and accurately measure and document vital signs

• Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures

• Administer medications including flu shots and biometric screenings

• Draw blood and perform other basic clinical procedures

• Enter visit documentation and patient information into the EHR system

• Process patient phone calls following established protocols

• Educate patients regarding treatments medications and preventive care

• Maintain medical supply inventory and ensure exam rooms are stocked and organized

• Support scheduling front desk operations and clerical tasks as needed

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient daily operations

Required Qualifications:

• Active LVN/LPN license

• Experience administering flu shots and conducting biometric screenings

• Strong computer skills and EHR experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in primary care or occupational health setting

• Interest in health education and workplace wellness programs

• 2 years or less of recent relevant experience
