Reflex Robotics is building affordable ($10k) wheeled humanoid robots to automate dangerous and repetitive tasks in manufacturing and logistics.

We envision a future where intelligent robots are doing all kinds of boring work that people hate doingloading chicken nuggets into Costco boxes lifting forty pound bags of dog food at Petco stores and cleaning up cranberry juice spills in your apartment.

We are a four-year-old startup backed by Khosla Ventures with $60M/year of revenue lined up pending successful pilots with e-commerce warehouses in 2025.


How Does It Work

Our robots are designed and built entirely in-house by an engineering team that led development of the Stretch robot at Boston Dynamics and key systems on the Tesla Model S X and Y production lines. Reflex robots are high-performance low-inertia and optimized for low-cost manufacturing.

Weve built the best real-time teleoperation system in the world allowing a remote operator in South America to play a video game to control our robots at human-level speeds. This has allowed us to already ship robots with positive unit economics and enables us to create a powerful human-intervention RL product feedback loop.

Our system allows us to collect high-quality demonstrations at scalegiving us the proprietary data engine needed to train increasingly capable AI systems. Were on track to build the largest robotics dataset in the world which will serve as an important long-term advantage.

What Were Looking For

This is not a typical admin role. We are hiring an Office & People Operations Coordinator to support the operational foundation of Reflex as we scale. You will ensure the office runs smoothly onboarding is seamless candidate experiences are well-coordinated and internal systems stay organized.

The role spans workplace operations recruiting logistics people ops coordination and light social/media support. Youll work closely with our COO and Head of People.

Were a small team which means high ownership high equity and the chance to shape our brand from the ground up. We are looking for someone with an insane work ethic who is obsessed with quality and wants to win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the Reflex office and workplace experience

  • Ensure every onsite visit interview and event runs smoothly and securely

  • Run onboarding and offboarding logistics so employees are set up for success from day one

  • Maintain clean internal systems across people ops equipment tracking and access coordination

  • Support recruiting operations including scheduling and candidate travel

  • Assist with core administrative and finance workflows (invoices receipts subscriptions)

  • Keep compliance and recurring operational deadlines on track

  • Support lightweight social/media execution and help generate ideas for culture and recruiting content

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience owning office operations administrative workflows or recruiting coordination

  • Extremely organized and comfortable juggling multiple parallel workstreams without dropping details

  • Clear direct communicator (written and verbal)

  • Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced high-intensity environment

Bonus:

  • Experience coordinating interviews candidate travel or managing an ATS

  • Experience running social media accounts ideally one that people actually follow!

  • Youve built something online (a meme page niche account side project etc.) and understand what makes content work

Compensation

$35$50 per hour depending on experience.
Part-time role (3 days/week on-site in NYC).
