Location: LisbonPortugal
Only candidates already basedin Portugal will be considered

About the Opportunity
A leading organization in the Energy sector islooking for an experienced Master Business Analyst to act as thestrategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong analyticalthinking communication excellence and experience with Agileenvironments. You will play a key role in transforming business needs intoclear technical requirements while contributing to the evolution and innovationof digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear and actionable inputs for development teams
- Lead needs assessments to support application evolution and new solution design
- Define and operationalize test acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within projects
What Were Looking For
Must Have:
- Degree in Engineering Information Systems Management or related field
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and Design Thinking practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Up to 15 years of experience in Business Analysis roles
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of SAS SAP or Salesforce
- Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence
